Browse and Shortlist: Research Made Effortless
Finding the right agents has always been about research. Which agencies have a gap in their roster for someone like you? Who represents actors at your career stage? Which assistants and associates might be building their own lists?
Our database now opens up completely for you to browse at will. Every agent profile links directly to their agency website and client roster, so you can do your homework without endless tab-switching. Cross-reference, compare, and identify your targets all in one place.
But here's where it gets really useful. The new shortlist feature lets you save agents into custom lists that you name and organise however makes sense for your strategy. Create a list of dream agents you're working towards. Build a separate list of associates and assistants who might be more accessible. Group casting directors by the type of work they cast. The flexibility is entirely yours.
When you're ready to send, your shortlists integrate directly with the email composer. Select a list, choose your template, and launch your campaign with a few clicks. What would take actors weeks of research and repetitive emailing can now be achieved in moments.
Pro Tip: Many actors find success by creating tiered shortlists. Start with a focused campaign to your top choices, then expand to your second tier based on what you learn from your tracking data.
Custom Link Tracking: Even Deeper Insights
Get Repped has always tracked engagement with your standard links: Spotlight, IMDb, YouTube, Vimeo, and social media profiles. You could see exactly which agents opened your email and what they clicked on. That intelligence transformed how actors approach follow-ups.
Now we're taking it further with custom link tracking. Have a personal website showcasing your work? Add it. Performing in a show and want to invite industry? Include the booking link. Running a self-produced project with its own landing page? Track that too.
Every custom link you add gets the same detailed tracking as your standard profiles. You'll know precisely who clicked through and when, giving you even richer data to inform your follow-up strategy.
This matters because agent behaviour tells a story. When someone opens your email, visits your Spotlight, checks your showreel, and then clicks through to your personal site, that's genuine interest. They might intend to follow up but get pulled into other priorities. A well-timed, polite nudge from you could be exactly what moves the conversation forward. Without tracking, you'd never know who to nudge or when.
