A nine-month playwright development programme run by Liverpool's Royal Court. Alumni have had productions in the Studio and main house, won bursaries and awards, and been signed by literary agents. Aimed at writers based in the Liverpool City Region.

Nine-month programme meeting two evenings a month. Focus on developing full-length comedy scripts for stage. Supported by BBC Comedy as part of their legacy from the 2026 BBC Comedy Festival. Open to writers living or studying in Liverpool City Region with some writing experience. Facilitated by Karen Brown. Shortlisting and interviews in early December.
